Friday 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This is a hands-on role sitting within the wider finance function, supporting FP&amp;A and taking ownership of areas including sales compensation, commission calculations, hedging adjustments, reconciliations and management information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Calculating sales commissions, compensation payments and hedging adjustments<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Analysing accounts and reports, investigating discrepancies and validating calculations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Completing monthly accruals and reconciliations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Producing regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Managing and maintaining dashboards and MI<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Working closely with the FP&amp;A Senior Manager and wider stakeholders to develop consistent processes and ways of working<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience within<strong> <\/strong>financial analysis or FP&amp;A<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Advanced Excel skills \u2013 including complex formulas, pivot tables and financial modelling<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Confidence working with and manipulating large datasets<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Ability to start immediately\/at short notice<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">\u00a320.25 &#8211;
