There isn\u2019t a fully defined structure in place, so this is an opportunity to build how facilities should operate going forward, putting the right processes, standards and support in place for the long term.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">You will also play a key role in how the site evolves, supporting future growth and ensuring the facility is fit for what\u2019s coming next.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\"><strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Taking full ownership of facilities across the site<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Getting on top of day-to-day issues and improving site standards<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Managing building services and utilities including HVAC, electrical and general infrastructure<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Coordinating contractors and ensuring safe systems of work<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Supporting and coordinating both reactive and preventative maintenance to ensure asset reliability and minimal downtime<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Working closely with operations to minimise disruption and support manufacturing activity<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Overseeing site services including general facilities and workplace areas<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Supporting health &amp; safety compliance, audits and risk assessments<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Contributing to site improvements, upgrades and ongoing development projects<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Introducing structure, processes and more effective ways of working<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Working with a long-standing workforce, bringing people with you as standards are improved and changes are introduced<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Supporting site response where required, including shared on-call responsibility over time<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\"><strong>What we need from you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Experience in facilities, engineering or site services within a manufacturing environment<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in where needed<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Strong experience managing contractors and external service providers<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Good understanding of building services and site infrastructure<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Health &amp;
