With around 50 people on-site, they\u2019ve got the stability, structure and equipment of a top-tier outfit but the feel of a close-knit, no-nonsense team that genuinely values its machinists.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Their machine shop is clean, well-organised, and packed with Mazak kit (don\u2019t worry if you haven\u2019t used it before, they\u2019re happy to train).
