This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced CNC Miller with proven 5-axis machining capability and the ability to coach and guide others in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;line-height: 1.5\">The Role<br \/>As a key member of the manufacturing team, you\u2019ll oversee CNC milling operations, ensuring output, quality and delivery targets are consistently achieved.
