It&#8217;s an exciting point in their journey; the foundations have been laid, and they&#8217;re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help embed the work that&#8217;s been started.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Reporting into an impressive Chief People Officer who is passionate about building a collaborative, high-performing HR team, you&#8217;ll partner with senior leaders across your region while helping to deliver projects that will genuinely shape the future of the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">You&#8217;ll have a regional client group of around 150 colleagues, but this isn&#8217;t simply an employee relations role. Yes, you&#8217;ll coach managers, navigate complex people matters, and build trusted relationships with your stakeholders, but just as importantly, you&#8217;ll play a key role in embedding some significant people initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Over the next 15 months, you&#8217;ll be involved in areas including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Bringing a newly developed Career Framework to life.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Supporting the continued rollout and adoption of a new HR system.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Embedding a consistent performance management approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Supporting organisational change and future business integration.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Developing leadership capability through coaching and partnering with managers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">We&#8217;re looking for someone who enjoys working at both the strategic and operational level. Someone who can sit alongside senior leaders, influence decisions, challenge constructively when needed, and then roll up their sleeves to make things happen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This environment won&#8217;t suit everyone. It&#8217;s fast-paced, commercially focused, and there are plenty of strong personalities around the table.
