You&#8217;ll join a specialist Employee Relations function responsible for handling a diverse caseload, partnering closely with managers and senior stakeholders to achieve commercially sensible and people-focused outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This is not a volume-based ER role.
