Our client who is based in the Peterborough town centre is currently recruiting for someone who is experienced in sales ledger to join them, working as part of a friendly and busy team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will be be part of a small sales ledger team and duties will include;
- Using sales order information supplied by the client, post sales orders into the client sales systems
- Creation and posting of sales invoices/credit notes to the sales ledger and sending them out via post or email as appropriate
- Posting and allocating incoming receipts to the sales ledger
- Checking/updating relevant PO information
- Monitoring AR inbox
- Issuing customer statements
The successful candidate will have experience of sales ledger and working in a busy environment. A good understanding of Excel and fast data entry skills are also key to the success of the role.
