Q: Where are you located?

Q: What are the costs associated with registering as a candidate with The ONE Group?
There are no costs involved with registering with us.

Q: Temporary Workers: How do I request holiday pay?
To request holiday pay, fill out your Timesheet and tick the holiday box on the Timesheet for that day or if you are unable to access your Timesheet, you can fill out the holiday form (click here) and send to payroll@theonegroup.co.uk in advance of the leave to be taken. A full day will be paid at 7.5 hours unless specified otherwise (if you have enough accrued leave).

Q: Temporary Workers: How is holiday pay calculated?
Holiday is accrued at 12.07% of hours worked. For example, if you work 37.5 hours a week, you will accrue 4.5 hours of holiday.

Q: Temporary Workers: How can I have my password reset?
To have your password to the Temporary Worker account area reset, please contact payroll@theonegroup.co.uk or call 01733 307775.

Q: Temporary Workers: What are the deadlines for timesheets?
For Temporary Workers, the deadline to complete your Timesheet is 12 am Sunday. For Clients to authorise the Timesheet, the deadline is 10:30 am Monday.

Q: Temporary Workers: When are timesheets released?
Timesheets are released on a Wednesday morning. You will receive an email when your Timesheet is available to complete.

Q: Temporary Workers: When will I be paid?
Payments to Temporary Workers are made every Friday (a week in arrears of work completed) subject to Timesheet submission and approval deadlines being met. Payments are generally in the nominated bank account before lunchtime.

Q: Temporary Workers: What are Agency Worker Regulations and where can I find them?
The Agency Workers Regulations, "AWR", came into force on 1st October 2011. The legislation will give Temporary Agency Workers the same basic rights, after 12 weeks in the same assignment, as those on permanent contracts of employment in a comparable role. Our site offers many ways to apply for a role, you can do this via the LinkedIn button on a job or by creating an account on the website and uploading your CV. Alternatively, you can call the office to speak directly to one of our expert consultants, see our Contact Us page for details.

​Q: Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
You may apply for multiple roles on the site, however, you must meet the criteria of each of the posts, as detailed in the job specifications.

Q: Do you offer any other services?

Q: Temporary Workers: Do I get paid for Bank Holidays?
Bank holidays are automatically paid from holiday accrued if you have not worked, please tick the holiday box on your timesheet. They are paid at 7.5 hours provided you have accrued enough holiday.
