Employer of the Year 2023
We are thrilled to have won the Employer of the Year 2023 award at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards and the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards!
The criteria for this award was very simple, the judges wanted to know how we as an employer look after our employees so they take care of your business. Our submission was effortless! We described our approach in allowing our employees to manage their own time, their own desk, and their own clients and candidates in the way they want to. We also detailed our extensive benefits package and incentive scheme as well as showcasing some recent employee testimonials, our staff retention rate (which is above average for the industry), our training program for new starters, and all the social activities we do throughout the year. Not to mention all the other stuff too i.e. payday breakfast, open forums each month for feedback, employee surveys etc.
When new employees join us they can expect extensive training, autonomy, social events throughout the year and to be welcomed as part of the TOG family. We are overjoyed that this has been recognised by both the judging panels at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards and the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards.
Business of the Year 2023
We are delighted to have been awarded Business of the Year 2023 at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards!
This award category was looking for businesses that can show outstanding initiative, boldness, and imagination as well as sound management practices. Our entry demonstrated how we have achieved success through creating a healthy culture of trust, and autonomy. We have built a resourceful, motivated, proactive team that achieves excellent results for our clients and ourselves through a careful balance of technology and relationship building.
