An excellent opportunity for a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading training provider, known for their innovative and professional approach.

A full-time office-based role based near Irthlingborough, this is a temporary to permanent role.

Monday to Friday 8.30am and 5.30pm and a 5pm finish on a Friday! The salary is £24,000pa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training enquiries and booking requests from a designated group of accounts.
• Proactively contact allocated accounts to increase bookings for both open and dedicated training courses.
• Respond to all enquiries professionally and within agreed timescales via telephone, email, or other tools as required.
• Provide advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
• Support the management of training records and matrices for clients subscribing to a managed training service.
• Adapt standard processes to meet individual client needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat and expansion business.
• Promote new products and services to the account base if suitable.
• Identify customer training requirements, generate quotes, and process bookings as necessary.
• Support the Customer Engagement function with relevant duties during peak workload times.

Candidate Profile:

• A background in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
