The role of a Fulfilment and Customer Services Assistant sits in the Commercial Operations team and will involve various tasks including mailing, processing customer orders through to dispatch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the daily fulfilment of products and services through the administration and dispatch of letters, bespoke mailshots and publications to agreed time-frames.
  • Taking and processing customer orders and queries via telephone, email and online platforms with exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Data input using a range of customer databases.
  • Coordinate courier deliveries for larger dispatches.
  • Record and generate invoices to high standards of accuracy within agreed time frames.
  • Supporting Post Room services, including the sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing UK and Overseas mail.
  • To provide support to other areas of the department as and when required.

  • Excellent organisation skills and being able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role.
