Be responsible for defining the product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, and ensure their solutions meet the evolving needs of businesses today.


Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on the most valuable features and enhancements.
  • Inspiring and leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Collaborating with the wider business and SMEs to ensure alignment in the delivery of products and the go to market strategy.
  • Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvements.
  • Tracking and analysing product performance metrics, using insights to inform future development and enhancements.
  • Championing Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of product increments.

Ideal Candidate Would Have:

Product Expertise: 5+ years in a Product Owner role

B2B Experience: A strong focus on B2B software or applications.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving projects forward with pace and determination.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of software development processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
