Our client is an established business with a friendly finance team based in Corby.

They are currently recruiting for someone to join them on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months starting around 5th August.

The position will suit someone with recent, practical experience of purchase ledger and duties will include

Processing purchase invoices, matching to POs
Handling and resolving supplier queries
Gaining authorisation for payment
Supplier reconciliations
Managing purchase ledger inbox
Ensuring the internal controls are adhered to
Ad hoc duties

As well as the right experience, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of Excel and ideally have used an ERP system although training will be given on the latter.

This will be a fully site-based role with working hours of 9-5pm.
