A bit about yourself: Been in recruitment for the last 13 years, joined the recruitment industry straight out of University where I studied Business & Accounting.
Tell us about your TOG journey: Started in January 2023, been at TOG for just over a year, and what an incredible journey… it’s always daunting starting a new job especially when I left my previous employers after 11 years or so but oh WOW… I’ve loved it all. Toggers have made me feel ever so welcome, great reputation in the market, and more than anything I’m working with like-minded and passionate recruiters who want to provide the best service to candidates and clients.
What got you into recruitment: I fell into recruitment, to be honest! I actually didn’t know or understand the life of a 360 recruiter back in 2021 until I started to put the pieces of the puzzle together.
Why you love recruitment: The best part of my role is putting people in jobs they love – nothing more satisfying than providing a good service to clients and candidates. There are so many aspects of the job you need to juggle to make it a success and meet demands, but I like a challenge and problem-solving and therefore recruitment suits me very well.
