I have worked as the HR Manager for 6 months and have been so warmly welcomed by everyone; it has been a real pleasure to build relationship with my colleagues, not just because everyone is genuinely so pleasurable to talk to, but because they all live and work the values of the Charity.
Wellbeing and work/life balance are at the top of the agenda, and I have experienced this first hand with the flexibility I have been afforded with my working schedule and pattern, making it much easier to work around my home life commitments. It can be quite a fast-paced environment, with new challenges frequently occurring and I am never bored.
