HR Partnerships Manager

With over a decade (well, almost two) in people-focused roles, I’ve built my career around developing long-term, meaningful partnerships. After starting out in Customer Service and Sales, I moved into recruitment in 2014, finding my home with The ONE Group in January 2016 - and I’ve been here ever since.

As HR Partnerships Manager, I work closely with HR professionals across our geography to create events, specialist series, and peer support groups (think HR for HR) through our wonderful HR Networking Community “The ONE Group HR Community”. It’s a supportive network designed to connect HR professionals, share knowledge, and create space for collaboration and idea-sharing. What began as a few conversations has already evolved to local meet-ups and a passionate community that reflects the best of the HR world: openness, trust, and shared learning.

Alongside my partnerships work, I recruit senior HR positions through the powerful network I’ve built and continue to nurture.

I’m passionate about connecting great people with great workplaces and love being part of a team that prioritises integrity, pace, and partnership.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me out walking with the dogs, at the gym, planning the next camper van getaway, or overindulging in some seriously good food!
