I secured my first recruitment job in 2014 with a boutique Insurance Specialist recruitment business in London. This role enabled me to learn about the industry and the recruitment process. After several years I progressed to Consultant, placing Brokers, Underwriting Assistants and Technical support professionals within the London insurance industry.
I thoroughly enjoy recruitment and feel that listening and liaising regularly, with both the candidate and client, such an important part of what makes a good consultant.
Seven years later in 2021, I decided to leave the city to join The ONE Group as a Sales Recruitment Consultant. Sectors I work in include (but are not limited to) Medical, Biotech, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Technical and Engineering.
