Research

Search
Your expert will complete a candidate search and will compile a target longlist of candidates. Headhunting follows, to ensure the best available talent is targeted. Using the latest technology, we can make sure your brief reaches the right people – both passive and active in the job market.

Assessment
Interview meetings will be conducted and compliance carried out. Candidates are matched against the brief and their skills are assessed, along with interpersonal assessment.

Interviews
Your candidate pack will be ready for review. You are very much part of the process and will shortlist the right people to interview. We will then organise a confidential space for interviewing if required.

Onboarding
Our team will support you with the administration and offer process for onboarding into your team where required. We can do as much (or as little) as you need.

Aftercare
The contact continues! The first 6 months of a strategic hire is a crucial time and we want to make sure it works.
