What you'll be doing:
Take charge of 3rd-line infrastructure and software systems, working with a mix of on-premises and cloud technologies. This is your opportunity to leave your mark as the company progresses with their Azure Cloud migration journey and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining infrastructure and software systems
- Managing VMWare, Hyper-V, and Azure environments
- Leading and contributing to key IT projects
- Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Support the implementation of AVD
What we're looking for:
We're seeking an experienced professional with a solid background in:
- Windows Operating Systems (architecture and administration)
- Azure and cloud migrations
- VMWare expertise and associated hardware/software platforms
- Delivering reliable, high-availability systems
Strong communication skills are essential, and experience in a senior Windows Systems/Infrastructure role is a must.
Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of the business, all candidates must be eligible for security clearance, which requires:
- Full right to work in the UK
- No absences from the UK exceeding 29 days in the last 5 years
