Brand Project Manager - FMCG (Food)

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for food brands and marketing? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, bringing products to life and managing projects from start to finish? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.

The Role

We're working with a well-established FMCG food company in Peterborough that's looking for a Brand Project Manager to take ownership of key brand marketing projects. You'll be overseeing product launches, brand innovations, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working closely with marketing, sales, NPD technical teams, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. It's a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.

What You'll Get

  • Salary: Around £35,000 per year

  • Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

  • A role with real variety and ownership

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing brand marketing projects from start to finish - including product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activities

  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Running weekly project meetings, keeping everyone aligned and on track

  • Identifying any potential issues early and finding solutions

  • Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard

  • Reviewing completed projects and looking at how things can be improved for the future

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management - ideally within FMCG or food

  • Strong organisation and communication skills - you'll be working with lots of different teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to changing priorities

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience using project management tools

  • A PMP PRINCE2 qualification would be a bonus, but not essential
