Brand Project Manager - FMCG (Food)

The Role
We're working with a well-established FMCG food company in Peterborough that's looking for a Brand Project Manager to take ownership of key brand marketing projects. You'll be overseeing product launches, brand innovations, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working closely with marketing, sales, NPD technical teams, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. It's a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.

Salary: Around £35,000 per year
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

What You'll Be Doing
Managing brand marketing projects from start to finish - including product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activities
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly
Running weekly project meetings, keeping everyone aligned and on track
Identifying any potential issues early and finding solutions
Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Reviewing completed projects and looking at how things can be improved for the future
What We're Looking For
Experience in project management - ideally within FMCG or food
Strong organisation and communication skills - you'll be working with lots of different teams
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to changing priorities
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Experience using project management tools
A PMP PRINCE2 qualification would be a bonus, but not essential
