To be successful in landing one of those roles, you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance AND hold a British Passport, have excellent C# and C++ experience with some experience with WPF, Linux, Managing Teams.
Salaries and bonuses for those roles will vary depending on your experience but will typically be between £50k and £65k with bonuses!
