They lead all aspects of Travel and Communication spend across the Group, this role is specialised in Business Travel and also includes elements of communication. If you have experience in Business Travel, or professional services procurement then this is an opportunity not to miss....
Travel: our client has extensive and geographically diverse travel needs across Europe as well as the Americas, Middle and Far East. You will be an integral partner within their Business Travel Manager community, collaborating closely with their Travel Management Company and Online Booking Tool providers, car rental firms, airlines, hotel chains, providers but also venue finding agencies. Their goal is to ensure the needs of our business travellers are met.
Communications: they include print and digital communications as well as trade shows and exhibitions or corporate events management both nationally and internationally. You would act as an extension to my client's Communications teams working with various suppliers commodities: photographic and video, goodies and mock-up, digital media and event management, international exhibitions related activities.
You will need the following experience:-
Experience within Business Travel Procurement that you wish to develop further or Indirect Procurement with some existing Business Travel knowledge in any one of the following categories such as:
- MC & OBT (Travel Management Companies and Online Booking tools), Car Rental, Airlines or Hotels.
- Willingness to Travel
- Working towards MCIPS qualification or willingness to gain (they offer routes towards this qualification)
Salary £50-60k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
