My client is on a mission to change that.

This rapidly growing SME logistics firm are gathering huge interest from some very recognisable businesses who wish to reduce their carbon footprint. With multiple depots around the UK and a projection to double in size by the end of 2025, now is a great time to introduce a new Chief Operations Officer.

Your role will be to lead the business operational strategy and ensure their operating practices are fit for purpose. Your operational experience will be essential in helping the company maintain a steady and sustainable (no pun intended!) pattern of growth. You will need to be a strategic visionary capable of executing high-level projects and leading by example.

What will you need?

• Senior operational management experience within the world of logistics
• A strategic mindset, with ability to influence change at all levels of the operation
• Experience of system & process implementation
