Kettering - Hybrid Working 2-3 days on-site

Do want to work on new initiatives to enhance the customer journey, working for a growing business in the fashion world?

Are you are great at juggling multiple tasks whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture?

If so this could be a great role for you!

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting new and existing ecommerce projects.

Working closely with an external web development agency and collaborating with your internal team mates, you'll help drive enhancements, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional online experience for customers in the UK and abroad

What You'll Be Doing

  • Improve the online customer journey for a number of websites + brands
  • Be at the heart of the development process, briefing external agencies
  • Gather and define website requirements, collaborating with teams and external partners
  • Support key projects with research, planning, documentation, and data preparation
  • Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure top-notch functionality
  • Play a crucial role in project launch planning and testing
  • Identify opportunities for website improvements and enhancements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ecommerce processes and training materials
  • Handle meeting minutes, logs, and documentation
  • Support content and image updates, website audits, and general admin tasks across B2B & B2C platforms
  • Assist with reporting and data insights

  • Experience in working with external agencies on ecommerce processes, or web projects
  • Excellent communication skills - you know how to adapt your message to different audiences
  • Ability to stay calm and find practical solutions when challenges arise
  • A technical mindset with a curiosity for how things work
  • Logical problem-solving approach with a proactive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
