Factory Manager | Northamptonshire | £50,000 - £55,000

This food production enterprise has been successfully running for a long time however recent changes have seen lots of success and now they are flying. Lots of new roles are being created & the future looks bright.
In this factory management position, you will be responsible for a team of between 60-100 staff, dependent on season, and ensuring the factory operates at the highest levels. Your role will be working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, whilst leading a team of shift managers who are covering a 24/5 schedule.
It's a very fast-paced operation with high standards and huge opportunity to leave your mark on it!
What will you need?
- Significant experience operating at a similar level in food manufacturing (Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager and similar)
- Gravitas to lead a team effectively
- Private label experience beneficial
- Complex, multi-process food production background beneficial
