Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Cambridge
Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site
I have partnered with a growing service organisation who are making great in roads within their sector. They have grown year on year and are track to being global.
Due to there growth they are now keen to bring on a Finance Business Partner in Cambridge to support their central Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts
- Post Journals and provide variance analysis
- Support with the annual budget and forecasting
- Collate financial reports, analyse data and identify trends
- Conduct internal audits as part of the role
- Business partner with the wider business to support with financial decisions
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment will be desirable
- Self-motivated, and confident with business partnering
- Analytical, data driven and good with business intelligence reporting
- Willingness to learn and continue developing
- Advanced excel and knowledge of financial systems
