This organisation are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, strategic and hands-on, senior finance professional to play a pivotal role in driving growth strategy of new product extensions to our market leading product plus acquisitions and partnership opportunities.
- Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and excellence
- Oversee all aspects of the finance function, ensuring robust financial systems and processes and controls
- Ensure the provision of accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements in conjunction with group finance team.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insight to the MD and management team, supporting decision-making and long-term planning
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and growth
- Support MD to develop and implement financial and commercial strategies to optimise achievement of business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity and optimises working capital
You will need to have a flexible outlook on location, this role will be a mix of onsite as well as hybrid working. Your finance team and the core business are based in offices just north of Ipswich. There is a new acquisition in Hertfordshire which you will be involved in (with further acquisitions to come) and a Group Head Office in Hampshire.
Salary is up to £80,000 + Benefits. You must be a fully qualified accountant with post qualification experience.
