I am delighted to be partnering with another of Cambridge's world class College's.
They are looking for a Head of Accommodation and Housekeeping to join their Domestic Support team.
They would be particularly interested to hear from applicants who are currently managing accommodation and services in the Hospitality industry, or in the health or care sector.
The role will involve;
To lead and manage accommodation and housekeeping to deliver an efficient and consistently excellent service throughout the College. The Head of Accommodation and Housekeeping is a pivotal role in ensuring that the College is presented at its very best, and to create a welcoming, clean and well-kept environment for all College students, Fellows, staff, guests and visitors.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the College meets its legal, environmental and health and safety obligations when caring for our staff and our housekeeping operations.
You will also develop, implement and continually improve the long term plan that sustainably and defensibly advances the provision, quality and condition across all aspects of accommodation.
Ideally you will have 5 plus years of leadership and workforce management
Have exceptional organisational ability across multi faceted portfolios (residential/cleaning/operational)
Be able to effectively monitor revenue opportunities, whist maximising occupancy levels whilst maintaining standards.
