Here at The ONE Group, we have partnered with an exciting Cambridge based start-up, looking for an experienced Head of Commercialisation to join the team! They're working with exciting breakthrough technology in the sustainability sector. You will have the responsibility to design & lead the strategy for developing new commercial agreements into revenue-generating partnerships.
This is an exciting time to join a company with solid funding in place and step into a brand-new role for the company, where you can make it your own and build a team! You will drive alignment between R&D objectives and commercial strategy, ensuring all research projects are optimised to support the wider business goals. In this role you will also get the opportunity to represent the company to investors, partners and government representatives.
This role would suit someone with a strong scientific technical background who has developed into a commercial role. If this sounds like you and you have experience in the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Qualifications: MSc or PhD in a Scientific field and financial qualifications (ACA, CFA, CIMA)
- 5 years + experience in R&D or commercial finance in the scientific sector
- Experience leading UK & EU grant funding pitches
- Intellectual property/patent portfolio management experience
