A fast-growing property training company are searching for a Head of Paid Media to join their marketing team and take charge of their paid advertising. This is your chance to create and oversee high-performing campaigns that bring in new customers and help the business grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Running and improving paid search and social campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, and Facebook.
Keeping a close eye on performance, spotting trends, and making smart decisions based on data.
Managing budgets to get the best results from our ad spend.
Testing new ideas, staying on top of industry trends, and making sure to stay ahead of the competition.
Leading and mentoring a team, helping them grow and succeed.
Working with the wider teams to make sure ads, landing pages, and messaging all work together.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ year's strategic experience leading paid media campaigns.
A track record of success in running high-budget PPC and social media ads.
Strong analytical skills, you enjoy looking at data to find what works best.
A commercial mindset , you understand customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Great leadership skills, you can guide and support a team.
A love for fast-paced environments where you can make a real difference.
