Key Responsibilities:

· Leading, managing, and developing a talented team of Software Engineers

· Driving the development and evolution of radio platforms and applications

· Guiding the team in continuous improvement of Agile practices

· Collaborating with stakeholders to meet strategic priorities

· Monitoring, managing, and providing progress reports on all software development activities

· Ensuring timely and within-budget project completion

· Managing departmental budgets and project estimations

· Mentoring and fostering professional growth within the team

· Implementing continuous improvement plans

· Staying updated with trends and advancements in software development

About you:

· Proven leadership experience in software development, including managing multiple functional teams

· Extensive software development background with embedded systems (RTOS, Linux, Android)

· Familiar with tools such as Gerrit/Git, Jira, CI/CD (Teamcity/Jenkins)

· Strong experience in programming languages (C / C++, Java, Kotlin, C#)

· Exceptional project management and organisational skills

· Experience in mentoring, resource planning, and performance management

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

· Experience with complex telecommunications solutions like 4G/5G
