The One Group are delighted to be partnering with iconic, luxury brand, Aston Martin F1 to find their new HR coordinator on an initial 6-month contract.
This diverse role involves working with a friendly and experienced HR team who put their employees at the heart of what they do. One of your first tasks will be assisting with the wellbeing initiative for employees working at their Silverstone site.
What will your day to day look like?
- Being a key point of contact within HR, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees.
- Coordination of the HR training programmes and working closely with the wider HR team.
- Administration of strategic HR programmes around health & wellbeing, diversity and charity initiatives.
- Organisation of sustainability programmes throughout the business.
- Handling administration for new starters and leavers.
- General administration of the shared HR inbox.
- Complete induction and onboarding procedures as required.
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD studier working towards a CIPD qualification and will have strong experience within HR, knowledge of UK HR legislation, IT proficient and enjoy working well within a team.
