Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Hatfield (the role is full time office based)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm; Friday, 8am to 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and foster sales opportunities with prospective customers.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone and email.
- Provide timely updates on order status and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with technical/engineering aptitude.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Dynamic personality with a collaborative team spirit.
- Self-starter mentality with a "can do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Competent numerical and computer literacy skills for data management and analysis.
- Experience of ERP, CRM packages would be advantageous, but full training will be given
