IT Support Analyst

One of our longstanding clients based in Norwich are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is to provide internal IT Support to users across their Norwich office, as well as a couple of other offices across the country.
We are looking for someone with previous IT Support experience - this is not an entry level position. All candidates must hold British Citizenship or ILR. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept candidates who are on a visa or those outside of the UK.

- Internal IT Support
- Management of IT Accounts
- O365 Administration
- Laptop builds/fixes
- Network management
- AV Support
Requirements:
- Previously worked in an IT support role for 1+ years
- Comfortable working on Active Directory and supporting Office 365
- Previously hardware and software support
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week
- Within a reasonable commutable distance of Cambridge
- Full right to work and remain in the UK without any restrictions
