This part-time role is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering £40,000 - £45,000 FTE. A valid driver's license and your own transportation are essential, as travel to various business locations will be required.

Working closely with the company owner you will:

  • Facilitate accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online.
  • Design and develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in people management.
  • Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles.
  • Offer personalised coaching and support to managers.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges.
  • Proven track record in delivering management training.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential.
