This consultancy partners with businesses to deliver tailored training and coaching programmes that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive workplace culture.

As a dynamic small organisation with ambitious future plans, they seek someone who is flexible and adaptable, ready to embrace a role with evolving responsibilities.

This part-time, on-site role offers 22.5 hours per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

It is required that you are based in the Cambridgeshire area, hold a valid driver's license and have your own transportation, as travel to various business locations is required.

Working closely with the company owner you will:

  • Deliver accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online
  • Design and develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in people management
  • Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles
  • Offer personalised coaching and support to managers

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges - Essential
  • Proven track record in delivering management training to various client groups - Essential
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing training programs - Essential
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
  • NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential
