The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a PE backed services business based on the outskirts of Peterborough, who are looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant on a full time, permanent basis. This role will you positioned in the office 5 days a week, with flexible working hours.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in producing the management account packs and presenting these to the senior leadership team. As well as influencing relationships with senior stakeholders on all things finance.

Duties and responsibilities in the role will include:

• Day to day supervision of two Assistant Management Accountants - managerial experience isn't essential but would be desirable.
• Preparing monthly management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Supporting with the company's year-end audit
• Oversight of Payroll, Purchase and Sales Ledger

So, what would the ideal candidate look like? They are looking for a part qualified, newly qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), with experience in Sage 200. A commercial acumen with solid month end/management accounts experience.

They are paying up to £43,000 per annum.
