Great opportunity for a Pensions Advisor to join this leading organisation based in Stevenage in a newly created role.

You will be responsible for supporting the Pensions Manager with the day to day running of of pensions and a range of project activities. For pensions this includes support for the ongoing management of the defined contribution pension schemes.

• Support the Pension Manager on all aspects of the DB and DC pensions
• You will be responsible for a range of pension day to day activities and project activities
• Engage with a range of stakeholders
• Responsible for data analysis and reporting
• Steamline existing pension processes
• Support with development and delivery of communications to employees around pensions, risk benefits

You will need the following experience:-

• Essential - previous experience of working pension focused role with knowledge of pension scheme arrangements (defined benefit and defined contribution)
• Detailed knowledge of pension scheme arrangements (defined benefit and defined contribution)
• Strong MS Office Skills particularly Excel
• Initiative, driven and with the ability to work independently.
