The One Group are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Team to join a reputable group based in Peterborough. This is a full time (37 hours per week), permanent position where you will be mentoring and guiding a small team.
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the sales ledger and the recording of all income received within the group
- Mentor and guide Sales Ledger Finance Administrators to ensure ledgers are accurate and complete in accordance with current KPI set
- Process manual sales orders and supplier invoices, ensuring proper authorisation has been carried out
- Processing and organisation of the sales ledger including new customer set up, processing of sales requisitions, posting of sales ledger transactions, such as invoices, receipts and direct debit collections
- Produce a monthly report reconciling income types
- Manage the credit control of the Groups debts
- Ensure the process of payment runs for refunds are handled in a timely manner
- Action month and year end close procedures in accordance with deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience in a Senior Sales Ledger role with the ability to lead a small team
- AAT Level 3 or above
