Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Admin
Location: Peterborough, 2-3x days per week
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm

Our client is undergoing a major IT transformation, a massive scale transition to Salesforce. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the platform during the transition in 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine admin functions, including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Act as a level of support for a large and growing user base.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including supporting a large user base.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to automate processes and manage system integrations effectively.
