The One Group are excited to be partnering with a huge name within the Peterborough area, who are looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their team on a full time (35 hours per week), temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the purchase order process is adhered to, goods and services are notified and entered in a timely manner
• Provide support to resolve purchase order and payment queries
• Completion of reconciliations under guidance from financial/management accounts team
• Monitor and report on compliance within the business on purchase card use
• Support administration of staff expenses
• Collate reports and data under guidance from the financial control or management accounts teams
• Respond to emails in central inbox efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a senior finance role
• Good Excel skills
• Available at short notice
• Live within 1 hour of Peterborough

Benefits:

• £32,000-£34,000 per annum
• Remote working - once per month in the office
• Temp to Perm opportunity
• Weekly Pay
