This position will see you manage a small team of specification technologists whilst focussing on a major retail customer. Your position be hands-on whilst also providing strategic leadership to the team.

What will you need?

• Several years experience as a senior spec tech, technical services manager or similar position which has a large specification focus
• Ability to manage a team successful, lead through challenges and deliver excellent performance
• Exposure to major UK retailers
