To be successful in landing one of those roles, you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance AND hold a British Passport, have excellent system engineering, system architecture, system performance analysis, linux, and testing.
Salaries and bonuses for those roles will vary depending on your experience but will typically be circa £57k with bonuses!
