A company based near the A12 in Kelvedon are looking for a candidate who is immediately available due to it being temporary and someone who really enjoys the transactional side of finance. If you are someone who can start straight away, really enjoys the attention to detail, high volume data processing of accounts and enjoys working in the office this could be for you.

Daily you will be responsible for

• Processing payments daily
• Operating the banking system.
• Processing daily payments
• Daily internal transfers
• Raising payments
• Processing bills and credit notes
• Processing card payments
• Allocations
• Handling general enquiries
• Reporting
• Cover for other staff when absent

What you will need

• To be a driver due to location
• Be happy working in the office
• Have excellent attention to detail and proven accounts experience
• Someone who is confident in a busy environment and quick to learn
