Role: Test Automation Architect
Salary: up to £70,000

An exciting opportunity for a Test Automation Architect to shape the future of test automation within a leading telecom and mission-critical communications company. Operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, this role is key to modernising testing strategies and ensuring seamless integration with high-performance communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance test automation framework.
- Select and implement automation tools and best practices.
- Automate functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with software, system, and RF engineers to optimise testing strategies.
- Research and introduce AI-driven testing techniques.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in test automation architecture.
- Proficient in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
- Strong knowledge of API and performance testing (Postman, JMeter, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing solutions.
- Background in telecom, embedded systems, or mission-critical applications is a plus.
