YouTube Ads Specialist

Our client is within the property investment education space and they are growing their marketing team to include this newly created YouTube Ads Specialist position.

You will be highly driven with at least a year of commercial experience and keen to prove yourself in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business, in a successful and growing Marketing team which is focused on innovation and results in direct digital marketing.

This role does require you to be in the office 2 days and working from home 3 days, to collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments.

Day to day:

- Managing and generating revenue through YouTube Ads.

- Create and build campaigns, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimization.

- Writing eye-catching headlines, amazing ad copy and call-to-actions for all the different types of YouTube ads, and have a keen interest in creating impactful copy.

- Deploying and managing PPC budgets across multiple channels with a key focus on YouTube.

About You:

- Experience of successfully developing, running, managing and optimising YouTube Ads Campaigns (2 years).

- You will have strong analytical skills, experience with GA4

- Experience of taking ideas through to implementation

- Knowledge of paid advertising channels (google ads, microsoft ads, facebook ads)

You will be "on the pulse" of the latest YouTube developments in online paid media and keen to learn from a knowledgeable team of PPC professionals.

This role is 3 days in the Peterborough office and 2 days working from home.
