We hosted a Mock Employment Tribunal event in Cambridge, in partnership with Mills & Reeve.
We had over 70 HR professionals join us to engage in an overview of the tribunal procedure and gained insight into how an employment tribunal hearing runs in practice, based at the wonderful Cambridge Belfry.
Delegates heard evidence from the Claimant and Respondent, listened to cross-examination and had the opportunity to be part of panel deliberations and questioning the witnesses. Delegates heard the representatives making closing submissions and the final judgment being delivered.
