Day to day responsibilities
- Analysing department spend
- Accruals and prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Looking at overhead costs and reviewing expenditure
- Cash reporting
- Assisting with payroll prep
- Supporting with the annual budget
- Assisting with audit
- Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc duties
Required skills
- Local as the role is 3 days based in office
- AAT qualified or finalist level minimum
- Proficient in Excel
- Good level of reconciliations
- Recent work experience at this level
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
