I'm looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a global organisation in Cambridge and be part of a high performing and driven team.

You'll need to bring with you your previous credit control and customer service skills in order to manage your own portfolio of customers - managing their account from invoice through to receiving and allocating payments.

In addition, you will need strong computer skills, good attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately update customer account details as well as the ability to negotiate payment plans and work with your customer to reach a resolution that works for both sides.
