Customer Service Representative - Maternity Cover - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Sywell - Onsite role
Salary - £25,000pa
Hours - 8.30am until 5pm with 30 minute lunch
Role Overview:
This dynamic role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while supporting external sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external sales to serve a dedicated area.
- Create, send, and follow up on quotes.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to promote products.
- Assist customers with stock availability, lead times, and orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve customer complaints, and process returns or warranty requests.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in IT and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Customer-focused, highly organised, and commercially aware.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Due to location, you will need to have your own transport.
- Entry level candidates, with one year plus customer service experience will be considered.
Start date for this role is Monday 24th February.
